At Van Stapele Koekmakerij we sell only one type of cookie.

The famous Van Stapele cookies are made of a dark chocolate dough with a delicious white chocolate core. The cookie is crisp around the edges, but soft and gooey on the inside. We are busy baking all day long, so even at the end of the day your cookies will be just baked!

On February 6th 2013 the Van Stapele cookie was born in the small kitchen of Vera van Stapele, in the heart of Amsterdam. She instantly fell in love and couldn’t wait to share her discovery with the world. On December 1st of 2013, she opened the doors of her cosy cookie shop in a small alley called Heisteeg.

The love for the cookie spread throughout Amsterdam and far beyond. The cozy little shop on the Heisteeg turned out to be too small and so, on April 30th 2024, she opened her doors once again at Rokin 17.  A larger location where the warm atmosphere and passion for the cookie have remained just the same.
